“ I had a wonderful experience when I stopped in for lunch a couple of days ago and only wish I had come here sooner. The space itself is also a market selling all kinds of fish, sides, ready to heat entrees, and much more. It is open, bright, and inviting with kind and friendly employees welcoming you. There are a handful of tables if you are ordering a meal and would like to dine in. Finally, the food itself. I am only sad that I have missed out on all those other times I could have been enjoying this food and kept forgetting to stop in. The fish itself (haddock) was some of the best I have had. The wine batter definitely elevated the flavor and was unlike anything I have had before. It was crunchy, tender, and absolutely delicious. Fries were great too - crispy and with just the right amount of salt (I dip mine in malt vinegar). Enjoyed the coleslaw as well. It had more of a vinegar base, which I do enjoy. And the price! Only 15 for all of this food seems like a steal right now. Bring cash if you can. They do as most do these days and charge a bit more for credit. Highly, highly recommend. ”

The place is absolutely spotless, answers their niche in the community and this is time and money well-spent. Yes it’s expensive but it’s not Walmart-quality, aye? This is upscale and easy to get to. “ I love Fin, but the love is a bit conditional since they are (justifiably) expensive. They have fish that’s top quality. My most frequent purchase is scallops for which I’m willing to pay almost 40 per pound, as they are dry (look it up) scallops and incredibly flavorful. The other thing I appreciate is the ability to buy things by the pound (herring both in cream and wine, whitefish salad, from Acme I presume) which you either need to buy in jars or just is not carried elsewhere. The service is (almost) uniformly great. I called in an order a couple of days ago and my monger remembered my name today! I love it! Lastly there is an employee who verbally jousts and jokes with me and I love it. Overall a really good place but be prepared to pay more for the quality and freshness. ”
